I feel very grateful to be a member of management at Lemon Drops Kids Therapy. Being the Practice Manager is a role I truly value. My connection with staff and those in the community engaging in our services is of utmost importance to me. I strive to be approachable, available and offer a service that all people can feel comfortable. Here at Lemon Drops Kids Therapy each staff member is passionate about the services they offer. My role enables me to support staff at Lemon Drops so they can grow to their full potential. I endeavour to create an environment in which they can offer services to best meet the needs of our community, as well as a place where the community can feel supported to access and benefit from our services.
