These small group sessions are open to all caregivers, adults and teens, and they blend foundational yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness. Each class offers simple, accessible practices you can carry into everyday life — supporting you beyond the mat.

Grounded in a trauma-aware approach, sessions hope to offer a safe and supportive environment where you can step out of the busyness of daily life and into a space of calm, awareness and care.

What to Expect

Each session may include:

  • Gentle movement and body-based practices

  • Guided breathing techniques

  • Nervous system regulation strategies

  • Grounding and mindfulness practices

  • Opportunities for rest, reflection and integration

All practices are invitational and can be adapted to suit your comfort level.

Facilitated by: Kate Calder
Art therapist and yoga teacher 

Kate creates a calm, compassionate space where you’re supported to gently reconnect and restore. With over 500 hours of yoga teacher training and more than three years’ experience in creative therapeutic support, she brings a warm, grounded presence to each session.

Her approach blends foundational yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness, offering simple, practical tools you can carry into everyday life.
