About Me

I am fascinated by the natural world and us humans in it — I am curious about how we move, feel, and connect with ourselves, each other and the world around us. I feel so lucky to be able to say Yoga and Shiatsu are not only my professions but my lifelong passions. I discovered yoga when I was sixteen and was immediately captivated. Shiatsu entered my life a few years later. Both Yoga and Shiatsu are at the heart of my life, and what I do. They offer meaningful and holistic ways to explore and understand the world around us.  Yoga and Shiatsu invite us to slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with what we feel. Using these two modalities I love witnessing people deepen their connection to themselves — and, more importantly, to their hearts. Compassionately feeling the wisdom of the body Yoga and Shiatsu can help heal the wounds of separation.

My Approach

Yoga and Shiatsu creates a space to tune inward — softly welcoming curiosity and gentle engagement with life.

I support the people I work with through yogic breathing techniques, physical touch, shiatsu acupressure, and conscious movement. As we practice noticing, we build awareness. With awareness we are more present, and in turn we are more receptive to our needs, and more able to make conscious choices and engage more creatively.  This bottom-up approach — working through the body to access deeper layers of awareness — can be the beginning of meaningful change. New habits immerge — habits of self-compassion, gratitude for one’s physical vitality, and an increased feeling of emotional steadiness and balance.

My aim is to help people feel their experiences, appreciate the body’s intelligence and explore the power of the mind. My intention is to support each person I work with — whether child or caregiver — in cultivating self-compassion, fostering a relationship of deep friendship with themselves.

For the past 15 years I have worked with a wide range of people, including:

  • Women during their pregnancy journey, as they prepared to bring new life into the world

  • Kindergarteners, school children, and teenagers, as well as teaching staff

  • Professional athletes and sports clubs

  • Youth groups overcoming drug addiction

  • Workshops and seasonal retreats for neurodivergent groups

  • People living with dementia

  • And those diagnosed with terminal illness and dying

Who I Work With

I am a part of the Education team at Lemon Drops, visiting schools and working with children and school staff. However, I can also work privately (1:1) within the Lemon Drops rooms. I work with children (aged 6+), young people, parents, and caregivers. When a child or any person is suffering, (or facing challenge) it is important that each person in relationship to that person has access to support and understanding. My sessions provide a safe and nurturing space to restore balance, connection, and wellbeing.

Hobbies & Interests

I love spending time immersed in nature. Exploring and dancing in the natural world — Swimming in the ocean. Lying in the sun. Walking the mountains and through the forest. An open fire. Camping under the stars. My dear dog Daisy is my furry curly shadow. My world has changed with her in my life.
